Registration/Payment Policy

Due to the recent growth in our program, we need to have you register with the instructor.

Our plan is to return to a centralized registration system no later than 2013.

Register Now ~ Pay at the Class 

 Register with the instructor. 

The instructor's email address & phone number are with each class listing.

Register at least 48 hours in advance so we have sufficient handouts. 

You will receive an email 7 to 10 days before the class date with preparation information. 

If you do not receive the email, please contact the instructor. 

There is a $15 annual registration fee that is payable at your 4th class.

 Cancellation Policy

A "Cancel By" date is posted next to the class date on the Class Schedule

If you cancel after this date, there is a $8 cancellation fee.  Please send this to the instructor.  

Please be courteous and contact the instructor if you cannot make it to class. 

Those who do not show up for class and never contact the instructor will be required to pay the entire class fee in advance for classes.

Life happens, and sometimes last minute cancellations are unavoidable. 

In the past, people on the Wait List were unable to attend because instructors weren't notified of cancellations.
